I would cook a dish I've been salivating over since I watched Rick Stein talk about it years ago. Cassoulet, but you need to let it form a crust once when baking, then push the crust into the casserole, and let it form the crust again. Rick said, that it is this extra crust in the cassoulet that makes it so good. But then I spotted the 42cm stove top grill in sky blue and I died. I have many pots but almost nothing decent to grill a sizeable slab of meat with sexy char lines. And this one is certainly big enough to fire up a manly tomahawk steak, which would then be rubbed with lemon rind, olive oil, sea salt, garlic, parsley and thyme and served with a red pepper chimichurri sauce and a tomahawk glass of wine.
